Villa Orsara Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil was created in collaboration between Elio and Minisi, a company that produces completely organic olives without the use of any pesticides or chemical fertilizers under strict quality control.

We carefully harvest organically grown, ripened olives without damaging or stressing them, and then transport them to our own pressing facility within 24 hours, where they are processed and produce olive oil under temperature control at 27°C or lower. To prevent deterioration of the oil, we store it in sealed stainless steel tanks at a constant temperature of around 15°C, away from direct sunlight and high temperatures.
In order to ship the product in the best condition, we bottle only the amount needed after receiving the order, and the resulting oil is the organic Villa Orsara Extra Virgin Olive Oil!

Villa Orsara Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil has a fruity flavor, a soft mouthfeel and a slight spicy aftertaste.

Also, in order to deliver the product at its best condition, only the needed amount of olive oil is bottled after receiving the order, creating the Villa Orsara Organic EXV Olive Oil!
This Olive Oil is marked by a fruity scent and a soft taste ending with a slight spicy aftertaste.
